The AFTERCARE page allows you to view subscribers who have signed up to receive the daily affirmation emails, add new campaigns, manage subscribers and gives you some marketing tools.
Campaigns A campaign is a regular sequence of on-going emails. Families can sign up to receive Daily Affirmations. This is an inspirational email that is personalized from your funeral home helping them through the grief process. By clicking campaigns you can view details, such as who subscribed, their email address, how many emails they have received and when the last email was sent.
Subscribers List gives you the ability to manage your lists and subscribers. You can click ‘Show’ next to the list to see the subscribers and edit their information as well as remove them. You can also click ‘Send Email’ next to the list allowing you to send a batch email to everyone on that list.
To add a new list, click ‘Add a new List.’ You can then fill in the Name and Description of the List you would like to add. Be sure you click ‘Save.’ You may begin adding subscribers to that list. This can be done for a Community Newsletter or anything else you would like to Market.
Marketing is where you will find some additional tools to successfully market Aftercare. You are welcome to print them to use around your funeral home.
