Live Training Sessions

We always have training sessions available on a consistent basis that will cover different topics. We encourage you and your staff to take part in all the different sessions we offer. Website Orientation

During this webinar session we will cover how to manage, use and edit your new funeralOne website. You will learn more about the Tribute Wall, how to enter an At Need, including visitation and service times as well as managing the condolences. You will also learn how to edit the content of your website including pages, locations and staff along with some other great information! It will take approximately one hour to cover this material.

How to Create a Tribute Video

During this session you will learn the step-by-step process of creating a tribute video, including how to upload that video onto your funeralOne website. It will take approximately one hour to cover this material.
